Jp has been engaged in the development and design of High speed balancing and overspeed test facility for heavy turbine and generator rotors as well as for high-speed compressors of steam and gas turbines .Use special bearing pedestals equipped with isotropically supported bearings, providing equal stiffness in all bearing plane radial directions, and are suitable for use at extremely high balancing and test speeds

For high-speed balancing, overspeed testing and dynamic straightening of flexible rotors, either a motor with frequency converter or an infinitely variable motor with thyristor control can be used .
Depending on the required speed range, a suitable transmission gear has to be installed. A so-called intermediate shaft constitutes the connection between the gear and the over-speed testing chamber. Rotors are coupled to this intermediate shaft by means of precision drive shafts.
The measuring unit employs JP-580 EPT Measuring unit is a system of top function and precision. It can be applied in all kinds of single/double plate and hard/soft bearing machines, and can be connected with different velocity and pressure sensors easily. The unit adopts industrial computer made in Yanxiang Industry Co, which equiped with 17-inch LCD screen and Windows XP Operating System. Featuring with high running speed and reliability EPT dustproof and shakeproof ability, it is applicable to various industrial environments.
