Ever-Power warmly inform you how to install the level gauge correctly in case of level gauge leakage. It is easy for mechanic ignore the correct way to install level gauge. They would prefer install the level gauge by their experience. just like assemble machine. This is incorrect.

Level gauge consist of gauge body, bolt and seal. Since the seal is vulnerable. When it is broken level gauge leakage occured.

So our engineer give following advices for your mechanic.

1. Tighten torque for the level gauge bolt should be 10Nm. Torque wrench is very necessary. Bigger tighten torque might break the seal and cause level gauge leakage.

2. Please keep the vertical balance of the level gauge when install it.

3. Please tighten the up and down bolts simultaneously and evenly. Don't tighten them one fistly then begin to tighten another one.
