in daily business communication we received different inquiries in our jaw coupling, gear coupling, torsional coupling from different contries. Some customers often offer incorrect Lovejoy coupling, KTR coupling, Rexnord coupling and Renold coupling model or incomplete technical data of electric motor and pump. This caused difficulity for our engineers on mechanical coupling model confirmation and for sales on quotation.

To make a high efficient mechanical coupling model confirmation and quotation, following are our suggestion for your reference:

1. As pictures we showed, if you can get name plate pictures of electricl motor and hydraulic pump from your end user, it would be better for our mechanical model confirmation.

2. If you can not offer name plate pictures of electricl motor and hydraulic pump, try to offer technical drawing of electric motor and hydraulic pump.

3. If you can not offer name plate or technical drawing, then pls try to figure out the following technical information.

3.1: eletricl motor

a) electric motor standard (IEC or NEMA)

b) electric motor brand

c) electric motor model

d) electric motor power

e) electric motor max rotory speed rpm

f) electric motor frame size(shaft size/diameter)

3.2: hydraulic pump

a) hydraulic pump brand

c) hydraulic pump max output torque

d) hydraulic pump frame size(shaft size/diameter)
