1. Features and description
The machine is adopted with welded base, single output shaft. It is of compact structure, safe and reliable. After transferred to customer`s workshop, the customer just needs to adjust and level-up, and connect input and return water pipes, as well as the power line. Then the machine can work.
1.1. Roller temperature adjustment device
High quality rotating joints and high-pressure hoses are adopted. Input pipe is added with globe valve, with which the maintenance is easy and comfortable. The input and return water pipes have the connecting flanges.
1.2. Cutter
The machine is adopted with two knives, which can cut the mixed rubber sheet into certain wide belt. The cutter is driven by one pneumatic cylinder up and down.
1.3. Rack and gland
They are all welded, and after heat treatment to eliminate the welding stress. The process ensures the high intensity of the parts.
1.4. Steel stock pan
Made of 3mm thick high quality steel
1.5. Roller
It is made of high quality alloyed chilled cast iron. The surface hardness gets up to 68~72HSD.
1.6. Bushing
It is adopted with bearing bushings.
1.7. Gap adjustment device
It is driving with two motors, lead screws, and turbo-worms.
1.8. Rod pin coupling
It is adopted with nylon pin, cast steel shaft sleeve, and after precise machining.
1.9. Speed reducer
The gear of speed reducer is made of alloyed steel, and after heat treatment. The bearing in the speed reducer is high quality roller bearing. The high quality material, precise further treatment makes the speed reducer high intensity and perfect working condition.
1.10. Brake equipment
Elastic coupling is adopted with rubber elastic ring and pin, cast steel shaft sleeve, and precise machining.
1.11. Main motor
It is adopted with domestic famous brand. It is of reliable quality and long lifetime.
1.12. Lubrication device
The bushings are lubricated with grease, which is driven by a EPT pump.

It is adopted with foot emergency stop switch and chest on emergency stop switch.
1.15. Safety device
Safety disc fracture pressure is 110±3t. It can protect main parts from being damaged.
1.16. Base
It is welded with high quality steel, after heat treatment and machining.
1.17. Roller cooling type
Inside of roller, it is adopted with spray cooling, connected with rotating joint outside.
1.18. EPT control system
The machine is adopted with a complete control system driven by AC motor. The motor is adopted with famous domestic brand special one. The EPT components are made of CHNT or People company.
